Imagine a world filled with peace and love. Imagine stepping into your home and it being a place where you find joy and happiness.

A grounding place.

This is my dream. My dream is to help build a world filled with peace and love, starting with empowering families.

Life isn't always how we expected it to be. Family life can be overwhelming, always changing, feelings of not being appreciated, chaos!! I get it. I truly understand these feelings. The good news is, it doesn't have to be. There will be those times when you disagree, or the kids have meltdowns. But having the tools to deal with these situations and more will help smooth things out quicker and without as much stress.

As a life coach specializing in family dynamics, along with my ICF certification and a heart dedicated to fostering harmony, I create a judgment-free space where you can express yourself freely discussing your concerns as well as your dreams and desires. Recognizing that not only every family is unique, but each individual within the family is unique, I tailor my coaching sessions to address your specific needs and goals.

In my unique approach, I:

  • Create a nurturing environment

  • Listen deeply to you

  • Will be curious, asking thought-provoking questions

  • Offer observations

  • Help to create positive mindsets

  • Explore and discover deeply about who you are, what your needs and values are.

  • Together we will come up with 1-3 simple actions that you will work on and practice after each session

What you can expect:

In general, each session you will bring a topic that you would like to work on. Some topics can be explored in just one session, and some topics are more extensive and need more than one session.

Besides the general sessions, I also offer a variety of activities that will help you discover more about who you are which will help you in your relationship with yourself and those in your life.

These activities include:

  • your own personal needs and values

  • your life purpose

  • love (nonromantic)

  • create a vision for your life

  • finding your personal strengths and weaknesses

*Remember-habits need time to change! If something isn't working and you have a desire for something better it takes patience, practice, and consistency (along with self-compassion!).
